Using a controlled rate of crystallization, liquid honey is transformed into a smooth, sweet spread that can be used as a topping on many foods.
Creamed honey can be used as a sweetener in drinks and baking, but it's also great as a spread on toast, crackers, and other treats.
Local Honey that is gathered from a variety of plants depending on the availability and year. This year the honey is a mixture of Sourwood, Basswood and Clover along with several other flowers. Great for allergies or just about anything else.
We pour, seal, and label each bottle ourselves.
Honey will be bubble wrapped and shipped in a box.
